Return Policy

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for a return, your One World Bracelet must arrive to One World Wearables LLC within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 5 days of transit time back to our shipping facility. If your One World Bracelet is not eligible for a refund, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.

How to Return

Please send an email to support@oneworldbracelet.com. We will start your return process immediately and someone from our team will respond to you via email as soon as possible.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return package arrives at One World Wearables LLC within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from One World Bracelet.

Exchange Policy

To qualify for a size exchange, your One World Bracelet must arrive at One World Wearables LLC within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 5 days of transit time back to our shipping facility.

Please send an email to support@oneworldbracelet.com to begin your exchange process. Our Customer Service team will respond to your email as soon as possible.

Damaged One World Bracelet

If your One World Bracelet happens to break within 90 days of the date you received it, we will happily replace your One World Bracelet. Please email support@oneworldbracelet.com to connect with our customer service team to facilitate this request.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in the state of Colorado.

Customer Service:

We are constantly adding to our customer self-service help portal as well as the FAQs section of our website. However, if you need to reach us directly the best option is emailing us at: support@oneworldbracelet.com.

Shipping:

Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on Friday after 9AM US MST (11AM US EST) will ship on the following Monday. All domestic shipping destinations usually take 3 - 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

If a One World Bracelet size is not available or on back order, you will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

How much does shipping cost?

USPS Priority Mail is our default shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the package weight and destination. Under this option, UPS will hand-off your package to USPS, and your local post office will ultimately be the ones to deliver your package to your shipping address.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, One World Wearables LLC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when One World Wearables LLC delivers these items to the carrier.
